我们很高兴地宣布，随着默克在中国的业务迅速发展，我们在环智广场（医药健康业务）、嘉华中心（生命科学业务）和张江晨晖路的办公室（默克上海总部）将于2019年5月13日搬迁至上海前滩企业天地。

我们新的办公地址：

新办公室将整合默克在上海的生命科学、医药健康和高性能材料三大业务，以及职能部门，支持默克在中国的长期发展，促进我们与您更好地合作，以实现默克持续带给中国积极影响的愿景。整合后的新办公室促进中国战略发展的同时，也将为客户和合作伙伴带来更大的便利和价值。

这一变动可能会给贵司带来一些额外的管理工作，我们将努力确保平稳过度，尽可能减少对您工作的影响。

但与此同时，我们的业务范围、客户服务和电子商务平台没有变，最重要的是我们的团队会一如既往地投入工作。

We are pleased to share with you that with the fast growth of Merck’s business in China, we will be relocating our ZhangJiang (Merck Shanghai Headquarters), KWah Center (Life Science) and Greentech (Healthcare business) offices in Shanghai to the New Bund World Trade Center starting Monday 13 May 2019.

Integrating Merck’s three business sectors, Life Science, Healthcare and Performance Materials and Group Functions in Shanghai, the new office will support Merck’s long-term development in China and enable us to work with you to sustainably impact every life in China today and for generations to come. As a One Merck workplace that brings business sectors together to foster our China strategy, the new office will also deliver the best outcomes to customers and partners.  

We know that this change may lead to extra administrative efforts at your side. We will continue to try best to ensure a smooth transition with minimum impact on your business.

Regardless of these changes, our business scope, customer service and e-commerce platform remain unchanged and most importantly our team is committed as usual.

The Life Science Labs and Systems & Solutions Operations, currently located at Tower 2, Kingdee Campus, No. 88 Chenhui Road, will remain operational and further communications regarding this site will be shared later.
